SOUTH AFRICA FIRST — The Plebeian Manifesto is a radical economic and moral blueprint for national reconstruction, released free to the people courtesy of the Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa. Written by nicolas of the family brett, it rejects racial supremacy, foreign debt, and usury while affirming sovereignty, transparency, and shared prosperity. Its diagnosis is unflinching: the system is not broken — it is designed to extract, divide, and control. Against this it sets out a compact built on six principles — South Africa First; the R3 500 month as the true measure of the nation; the rock (the nation's minerals) belongs to the people; the machine of power, rail, water, health and education must work; the paper (the cadastre and accounts) must be public; and the quick-money trap of loan sharks and fraud must be broken. From these follow concrete demands and a phased plan of reconstruction. This is not a party. It is a movement. The month does not wait. — A free public release.
